I couldn't resist parking behind this old 911 in Sainsbury's carpark today. Having reviewed the quick snaps if I was honest with myself I prefer the more upright stance of the lights and windshield. Would love to know the model and approx age. Any one know?

Early 70's, possibly a '73. Looks like the 3.2 Turbo by I'm no means a Porsche expert.

Looks like a T reg from the plate so 78/79 is probably right. for me silver is brilliant. Nice.

Yup early SC I'd say, less power model (no side indicators)

Rare in that colour at that age

Without doubt an early 180-188bhp SC like my old one.
Really great car so much more revvy than the 3.2c

It's a early 3.0 because of the rubber rear spoiler.

Well that's what I think it is.

Well, the 997 is only a 996 made to look like a 993 isn't it?

There, that should do it. hehe

Looks like there were at least 3 over the life of the car. You live and learn.
