What's the closest to OEM? Sorry, not familiar with Porsches, is it effectively main dealer or sports aftermarket?

Have you tried having a word with your local Porsche specialist?

They may have / or be able to source a lightly used OEM one for you from somebody who has fitted a sports exhaust.

I've got a brand new 987.2 back box that I was going to eBay for £400 if that helps

Going to take it up to Neil Garner for a proper diagnosis.

What is the change date for the 2nd gen?
