Hello guys,
Odd request.but...I'm thinking about buying a cayman next year but have only seen them in the flesh and never actually been in one. I dont really want to waste a dealers time at this point but would like to see one in action if anyone local fancies taking me for a spin?

Cheers!

I thought Oxford was such a car hating city that nobody had fast cars around there.... :-)

Being serious, waste a dealers time, that is what they are paid for and why everyone pays a massive premium for the glossy showrooms. test drive a few and decide what you want, like, fancy.... it may only be the coffee.

But, closest official Porsche Centre to OP does seem to be Reading. Bit of a drive just to drink some coffee.

If you are looking at previously cherished cars, you may want to ask for Simon Butler at Reading OPC and make an appointment so that you appear serious. If armed with the types of cars you would like to test drive, they can get them ready ahead of time....

+1 - check their stock, pick a couple you like and ask to drive them at the weekend. If you really like one you can then press for an 'extended' drive.

I'll tell you now though - you'll like them. They're bloody brilliant.
