If it had low mileage it would be nearly 10k more, I expect it will be in good condition otherwise they would not be selling it. A good buy for someone who actually wants to use their car as putting miles on this one will not effect the value as much as putting miles of a 60000 mile car.

Lots of cars from that site seem to be on the register. This one might not be, but check out the picture of the engine bay. Is that overspray or filler dust ? Either way it screams "DONT BUY ME"
