Try Excel Wheels. They come to you, remove your wheels and fit genuine Porsche wheels to keep you on the road.
Your wheels will come back looking amazing with your tyres refitted and wheels balanced.
They refit at your location and away you go!

The quality is second to none!

You must be local to me...

I've used S&P on my BMW's winter wheels. Finish was ok at the price but not perfect, I wouldn't use them for my Porsche wheels.

Staying local you have Diamond Styling up on the Vestry estate ( http://www.diamondstyling.co.uk/index.php ) otherwise there's the highly rated Lepsons up in Gillingham (can be combined with a detail at Keltec next door) or Exel wheels (who use Lepsons for the actual refurb if I'm not mistaken) but will collect and offer temp replacements so is the lazy option.

Lepsons did the refurb on my track cars wheels (before I bought it) - finish is very good but they did paint inside the bolt holes resulting in them coming loose after a few heat cycles on track, might be worth checking that when you get yours done, regardless of who you use.

Just remembered that the servicing arm of the local Maserati indy offers wheel refurbs, might be worth checking out?

Please let us know how you get on (mine badly need doing, as you can probably see I've done the research but not got around to it....)

I'm pretty sure they do a national service, I don't have the number to hand but it's in the mags or online, give 'em a bell.

I think it was £480 inc VAT from start to finish.

Excel wheels phone number is 07885 259571 - they are by far the easiest and in my opinion best option.

Excel subs the wheel refurbishment out to Lepsons smile

If there's value to you in the temp wheels though, that's a good way to go.

The heat cycle issue was a while back and should of been dealt with ,not heard of this being an issue for many years , and then when it did happen (to only a few cars) it was on track days or track cars.

How long ago did this happen , as i will relay the message if its recent

Hi Kelly - Not sure of the exact date but definitely more than two years ago as that's how long I've had the car and had the issue first time on track. Nothing I couldn't sort with a file in the paddock before going back out.
