I am always wary when the title has the wrong car description.

They would know that this Turbo is not an "S" and yet they put it in the title as such.

average 23mpg at 1.40 a litre is about 65k fuel bill.

no it is right it has two turbos, hence 'turbo s' in description.

That the engine might blow up after you'd owned it for a week and you'd end up with a £15,000 bill, or write the car off. I'd say that would be the worst thing.

Its cheap for a reason but its a lot of car for the money. Assuming you accepted that it will never be worth what a "normal" mileage car will be its great. It would probably be no more trouble than one of a quarter of the miles.
