As an owner why would you want to know? Discounts are never good for residuals! And when's a trade in ever been anything other than a kick in the balls wink

I popped into to OPC Reading to enquire about Turbo's and got talking to one of their guys about Boxsters. He suggested high spec cars were available used for 10-12k off of list.

I think we should all be in the know - and nothing wrong with a kick in the balls if you can kick them back on the next purchase.

Not surprised, there's often a lull in marketing terms between the early adopters and the rest catching on, so I expect prices to firm up again in due course, plus it's winter, recession etc, etc.

Worth noting, there's not 1 example of this saving on their website.

About a week ago I was offered a 10% discount on a brand new one with delivery miles that was in dealer stock. I put a deposit on it, but unfortunately a few days later I got told that I couldn't have it because they'd sold it twice... presumably the other guy got less of a discount!

I didn't get the sense that there were any discounts available on one you could spec yourself though. In fairness, I haven't asked yet either.

Only got a relatively small "goodwill" discount on my 981S that was "to order" rather than being a stock car. Was told there was very little discount available as they are still in demand

I trust they did you an even better deal on another car in light of their inability to perform in the first contract?
