Never liked these things but just thinking, buy one for winter and get shut again come springtime.... How cheap can you get....??? Do they come any cheaper than this...?

The engine issue is bringing the price down - not a true value.......

Replacement engine At 3-4k if you're lucky and it's not such a rosy picture. Noise will be piston slap requiring short motor minimum.

I enquired about this some time ago it was advertised elsewhere. Seller very keen to tell you about engine knock so any problem not down to him as reported fault. I think you'd be luck to get away with 3-4 grand for an engine swap. Do some research lots of info about potential engine implosion. Needless to say I took it no further.

Yes, thanks for that. Still quite a few around at the 10grand mark... Are they all suspect like 996`s are deemed to be...?
