Autumn dreaming

Still on my serach for my first 911 and planning my budget between 20 - 35K
I like straight normal aspirated and turbo and GT3 are creeping into my budget aswell.
I need four seats so unfortuantely the Cayman is out. In terms of upper price range I have available
997 C2S 2006-2007 Here I feel the updated IMS bearing is a key element or is it worth while going for a more leggy 997 C2s 2004 as you are looking about 8-6K better retail price.
996 Turbo 2003-2004 Concerned with the extra servicing cost over 997 C2s, however I feel this will be more than compensated in the lesser deprication.
996 GT3 Mk1 - One has turned up at JZM with rear seat belts added. Now I woudl not track the car but would use it for trips through Europe and runs down to Portugual. How uncomfortable is a GT3 and what are the servicing/upkeep costs like on these in comparison to 997/996 Turbo?
