Newbie help with Leather / interior cleaners

A few area's could do with sprucing up on the Cayenne.I've looked into many different products and am completely confused as to whats right for the leather used in our car's ........ also carpet cleaner/dash.
Also looking into a smoke machine to fog out the car and leave it smelling as new !! Comments appreciated
