It's that time again.
I know how offers and promotions can be had from time to time, so thought I'd ask.
I need rears for my 996 turbo - 295/30/18.
Anyone know of any offers on at the moment?
TIA

Tyre express (www.Tyrexpress.Co.UK) were doing Michelin ps2 in 315/30-18 for £120 each a few weeks ago.

It worked out at around £500 for a pair of rears in 315/30-18 and a pair of fronts in 235/40-18.

I must get out in the car more to finish off the old rears, 4 tyres of those sizes take up a lot of garage space.

Have you tried event tyres? They come out to you and appear to be quite competitive. Good service too.

Work colleague has just used 'Tyres-On-The-Drive' - very competative and changed tyres in the office car park. All the gear is new and no faffing around as they come to you. They may only be NW at the moment?

Mentioned Event Tyres on another forum and suprised by the +ve response. Lot of guys using them. Just replaced tyres on the 987S and used Event Tyres. Their web site is easy to use and they were the cheapest for the tyres we wanted. Made appointment and they came and fitted them at out home address. Done a 1,000 miles since and no probs.
