996 GT3 Mk2 Alcantara Headlining Material

Hi chaps,

I am just making a quick request to ask if anyone can identify the actual material and colour of the Alcantara headlining in my MY 2004 GT3?

Is it black or dark grey? I would like to match a few `bit and bobs` to it and the collective opinion would be much appreciated!

Mine is very dark grey.

As a quick test get a piece of black fabric and hold it against the roof lining, that should give you a fair idea of what colour it is.

It looks black to me, but when you brush or wipe the fabric it goes grey.

Where do I find the actual material used by Porsche, so that I can match it if required?
