is this still worth a look?

I'm in the market for a black 996 cabby and have seen this:
http://www.pistonheads.com/sales/4046583.htm

I know the dealers selling it have a bad rep on here and other forums but I intend on getting a private inspection done before purchase anyway...

I'm really struggling to find a car I like and this one ticks all the boxes EXCEPT the dealer that's selling.. :-(

Is it still worth a look?
