Classic Tailgate/Engine Lid Dimensions

Does anyone have access to a classic (upto 964) tailgate and would be able to provide me with the following dimensions?
A - the width at approx. this point
B - the approx. deflection
A customer has asked me to produce a custom decal for his lid, but I have conflicting information of its size.
