944 turbo buying advise.

Hi Guys,
Having just sold my 2nd chimaera, im after a 944T (so i can cross another car off my childhood 'dream list')!!.Any advise on what to be aware of would be greatly appreciated.
I am veiwing one at the weekend, that has had belts changed 5k ago, bot that was also 5 years ago, what sort of ballpark figure is for belts/tensioners to be replaced by an 'indy'??

Loads of stuff on TIPEC.net.
Belts are 36K-45K or so & every 4 years max. Cost around £3-500 or so depending on whther it needs idlers, tensioners, seals, top hats or (significant cost) waterpump.
Check clutch it is a big job on the Turbo around 10-12hours. So around £700-£900 depending on labour rate.
Rust is a major problem, look hard at the sills, bottoms of the front wings.
