997 Tyre Pressure Sensors
Discussion
Apologies if this has been done to death, but I can't find anything in the search function.
I got a warning on my 997's tyre pressure sensor at the weekend. Lost something like 0.3 Bar in one tyre. Have pumped it up today and so far so good, but am concerned with Le Mans around the corner that I've got a slow puncture and it's going to get worse before it gets better.
Any advice?

But usually only if it is completely knackered... While the alarms can get over zealous, the pressures IMHO tell the truth unless you have found a way to burn them out (has happened to a mate who had to flex warranty on that one).My advice would be to push the tyre to a few pounds over pressure and leave over night, then (so long as it isn't flat or anything) compare pressures at the same time of day to when you pumped it up. If it isn't close - straight to your tyre fitter of choice for further investigation. Repair if an option, new rubber if not.
[Note - if it is pancaked the day after - you will want to bin it regardless].
