They should be one-touch but there are circumstances when they may "forget". There is a method to re-teach them. I had to do something similar with my sunroof the other week so Google is probably the way forward. The usual Pork sites will probably have the answer.
Yeah you normally put the window fully up and hold the button for 3 seconds, but it's not working for me. The one touch works on the way down, leading me to believe that there's maybe something else wrong!?Porkupine said:
What's the safety? So you don't trap the passenger's hand? Doesn't make sense!
Yeah, so you don't trap a hand or a child's head when left unattended I guess!?!? Makes perfect sense to me.It's maybe the same reason that some saloon cars only have rear windows that go down half way, so that noone falls out of them!!
I'm just convincing myself that my window is not broken!!

No you don't need to convince yourself...mine is the same mate. It's maybe the same reason that some saloon cars only have rear windows that go down half way, so that noone falls out of them!!

But in that case why is the driver's one fully one touch up...what if the passenger presses the driver's one up and traps the driver's hand? That's why it doesn't make sense to me! The buttons are in the middle of the console, so both driver and passenger have access.

I guess it's maybe in case you have a child in the passenger seat playing with the window?? They could maybe trap themselves?? The driver is meant to be the "responsible" one!! What if the passenger presses the drive one? As per my previous post???Like I say the window switches are in the middle of the console, so can be accessed by both driver and passenger...

I know what you're saying, I can't get it either! I guess that you would need to be at least 17 years old to be sat in the driver's seat, therefore able to get out of a situation whereby the window is coming up? Or maybe at 17 or older your not as fragile and prone to injury than a kid? I don't know!? Lol.Like I say the window switches are in the middle of the console, so can be accessed by both driver and passenger...
My window is not broken, my window is not broken, my window is not broken..........
