PH search does not like this, so I'll try here. Apologies in advance if it's been asked a hundred times before.

Just checking out costs and different dampers for hopefully next winters suspension makeover. However I'm a little confused. (It doesn't take alot).

I was thinking Koni FSDs with the M033 springs from Carnewal........ However

I know M030 springs lower and firm up the car, but what about M033? I thought M033 springs lowered car height by about 20MM but are linear so kept the same comfort level as the originals.

However searching the net I'm slowly starting to believe that the M033 option is in fact the ROW standard springs for the US market.

Canewal kinds of explain it as this with the M033, however looking on Jackals site he kind of hints that in fact it will lower a ROW standard height car.

Helpless from Worcestershire, could do with a definitive answer on the differences please.

I have no idea about North America, however, in Europe, the M033 suspension option was simply a lowered ride height with springs that had the same rates as the standard. The M030 suspension option used progressive rate and shorter springs(plus thicker ARBs) that gave you a factory ride height that was the same as the M033.

The confusion arises when discussing ride heights in iscollation as the spring perches are adjustable so you have some scope for adjustment.
