Why not the full leather option? makes the interior a much nicer place to be
Good question. I've sat in both. Not that bothered by full leather to be honest. The standard 981 plastics are a big improvement on the old 987 so it makes the full leather option seem rather expensive!list price of all that?
Sport Chrono is of marginal benefit for a mid engined car, especially with manual transmission, which is 30kg lighter than the PDK gearbox; which would would most benefit from the dynamic transmission mounts.
I would apply this £1084 saving to full leather .. very few cars have this option, and it makes a huge difference to interior ambience, which after all, is where you spend most time with the car.

£58k. I can't believe you made me type that out... Sport Chrono is of marginal benefit for a mid engined car, especially with manual transmission, which is 30kg lighter than the PDK gearbox; which would would most benefit from the dynamic transmission mounts.

What can I say? I like the clock... Do I like it £1100 worth? Hmm.
I would say BOSE is well worth another £404 quid, I was not impressed with the Sound System! Unless you really don't care about the stereo. Also, I would get the front park sensors with the graphical display, if they save one little scrape they will pay for themselves.
Sport Chrono is expensive and hard to justify especially for a manual, but I also prefer the dash with the clock.
Very easy to get to £65K or even more unless you start saying no to options that are very nice ...
Enjoy the process

Look good and all personal taste of course
That colour will look awesome
I would personally stick with the black roof though as I think there will be too much blue and different shades. The pics I put up of the blue one is Guidford's demo so can have a another look if you are unsure.
I am new to the Porsche brand so I can't comment as well as others but I was told by many on here and a couple of guys at the dealer that the SC was less necessary on the manual. Like the others I would possibly drop this and add full leather instead.
Out TT in the same colour looks good with Ali coloured roof bars so I would consider those as a nice contrast against the blue http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/3873925.htm
I have gone for F&R parking, folding mirrors and the only have natty thing is the Porsche crest in the headrests it being a convertible and quite a cheap option
Good luck !

Thanks for suggestions thus far. The idea of binning SC in favour of leather is a very good one. I would also like BOSE, but where do you draw the line?
Regarding the blue roof, I found these pictures useful in deciding:

And this awesome picture from Car, along with seeing a dark metallic blue car at Hatfield, helped seal the deal on colour:

Finally auto wipers are very handy and cruise control is essential IMHO. I appreciate it depends how you use the car.

are you getting sport seats plus?
I had a weekend in a 991 cab with sport seats, and the shoulder area was simply inadequately supported.
Currently have the sportier seats in the RS60 but don't think we'll miss them. What's the premium for the fully electric with memory over the standard ones with memory?I had a weekend in a 991 cab with sport seats, and the shoulder area was simply inadequately supported.
We have swapped SC for leather, though. Good suggestion, thank you

ETA: oh, we've put the headrest crests on too!

you might miss sports seats plus if you are driving enthusiastically around A and B roads .. extra cost is about £300?We have swapped SC for leather, though. Good suggestion, thank you

Well done the leather interior.
headrest crests and all other leather crests are such a con .. paying Porsche to put more branding to the car .. Porsche should be paying to have the crests being so visible!
