Started the C2S today and all OK but low rev and the accelerator wasnt increasing revs and got the above message.

Turned off and turned back on. Accelerator now ok but message still there.

Getting it recovered to reading OPC tomorrow and the warranty can sort it out.

Any ideas? MAF? Bit of damp?

Not drive for 5 days.

Cheers
Mike

Could be dampness. Just the other day after one of my cars sat out in the rain overnight the engine misfired upon cold start. I have a code reader and read the codes (P0300, P0303, P0306) and cleared the check engine light. No more problems. (Has happened once before.)

In your case without knowing the error code(s) associated with the check engine light its all a WAG.

Thankfully though your car is under warranty so just get the car fixed but be sure to have the service person write down as much detail as possible (error codes, diagnosis, what was done, etc.) and post back what you can. I'd like to know what happened.

Sincerely,

Rockster.

What great incite you offer.

Is this is a quick pre-school post?
