993 with Ninemeister supercharger
Discussion
I know very little about Porsches I'm afraid, but my friend is looking at a narrow body 993 with a ninemeister supercharger.
I've tried their website but can't find any direct info. on this specific charger setup. I have a few questions, therefore:
1.) What sort of power increase does it offer on a standard 993 engine which is 265bhp I believe?
2.) What sort of boost is it running, and are there any cooling issues running a supercharger on an air cooled engine?
On the car in general there is some rust near the rear screen that will necessitate its removal to fix. How much are the rear screens and does anyone have an aftermarket source for them incase we break it on removal?
Many thanks in advance.

They claim about 360+hp with no significnat cooling issues on the road. Track might be different. Try a search - lots been written about them here.
Some love them others less so. I took mine off, it wasn't dreadful, just didn't like it. You are not just adding numbers it changes the feel of the engine, not worse just different

One minor thing worth checking is that it still has the rear blower. I was planning to fit a 9M supercharger to my 964 soon after I bought it. At that time, they needed to remove the rear blower to do so.
However, they later solved that problem so you got to keep the rear blower too - and I'm going back 8 or 9 years here. But depending on how long the supercharger has been there, you might find it has no rear blower (which isn't great if you want to demist your windscreen).
