LHD 2010 997 GT3 RS (3.8L) Value?

Not my area of expertise so am hoping that someone on here is in the know!
To cut a long story short - I have been offered a French OPC supplied (06/2010) Belgian registered (09/2010) LHD 2010 997 GT3 RS (3.8L) in a px deal against one of my cars.
The car is White / Black (Gold centre lock wheels) with 1 owner from new and 10,000km (6,200 miles) on the clock. It has done 2 relaxed track days.
The car is full factory spec with steel brakes (not PCCB) and is as new.
What is this worth in Europe in euro?
If the deal comes off I would be interested in any px deals with RHD UK registered cars (Porsche, Lambo, Fezza etc).

From what I can tell the car would be worth GBP 95K to GBP 100K tops if it were a UK registered RHD car.
There obviously aren't that many around so valuing one is not easy.
It was suggested by the current owner that the car would fetch circa eur 125,000 if sold in Belgium?
Does this sound realistic?
