Time has come for me to decide if I should extend the warranty on my Porsche.

Problem is, I have a non Porsche plug fitted. Will this cause problems if I need to claim?

Model is Porsche TW91100

Yes I think you should renew warranty, take your pride and joy into them, pay them
to change the plug.

Just think if it was to go wrong you could find yourself in very very hot water.... Or very cold!

Get a TT911P2. Then if you do have to make a claim, swap plugs around!

That's an air cooled model rather than my current water cooled?

Yes, but they may be interchangeable. Not sure if it uses a "crush washer" (molded) or not. wink

You may laugh, but if the plug has been changed, you will invalidate most warranties on electral goods. Matter of interest why did you change it? Was it because of possible IMS failure? thumbup
