Wheel Spacer Bolt Tension for 996?

Guys,

I am putting a set of sport techno wheels on my 996t and as required, I am fitting the 17mm spacer kit 000 044 500 10 to the rear. Does anybody know what the tensions should be for the standard wheel bolts when mating the spacer up to the hub and what the wheel nuts should be tensioned to? Is it the normal tension for both of 130nm?
