Hi

Have ordered this on wifey's new Boxster

How does it work? The one on my X5 is done on rolling radius formulas or something but as the Porsche one gives actually readings it I assume is another way - sensors in the valves or something.

The main reason I ask is because we have the 20s for the summer and will order some seperate winter wheels and tyres in the autumn and want to therefore know what will happend with the TPMS then?

TIA

They have sensors in the valves I believe, so you'll need another set of TPMS valves for any winter wheels.

They're usually about £100 each.

When I replaced mine (older/different Porsche mind) the car simply picked up the new sensors, no programming needed.
