yes i know there is the website how manyleft all the figures come from dvla and it is not yet updated.anyway dvla updated today and this link shows how many cars first regd in 2010 and 2011.there are 2 tables.when you look at the 2011 table only look at the 2011 colomn the others ie 2010 are cars still regd from that year(2010) and not new that year so hence look at the 2010 table for cars first regd 2010.hope this makes sense.

here is the spyder/r
2010 / 2011
boxster spyder(M) 73 / 39
boxster spyder sa(pdk) 48 / 43

caymanR (m) 0 / 73
caymanR sa (pdk) 0 / 74

total boxster spyder 203 (121 manual/82 pdk)
Cayman R 147 ( 73 manual/74 pdk)

right just looked at the 2gts seem to be 4 colomns so must be coupe/cab and manual/pdk

2010 manual split 2/7
2010 pdk split 12/13
2011 manual split 76/8
2011 pdk split 118/217

total manual/pdk 93/360

not sure which is cab or coupe.

interestingly only 40 manual c2s regd. in 2011

Well - this thread certainly would appear to answer the ones about people wondering why there were practically no used manual GTSs in the market the other month...

Actually surprised how few Cayman R's there are. There might end up being less of them than Boxster Spyders.

Do you think that will make them hold value a little more, or are they just too similar to the Cayman S for that to matter?

Is there? Anyone got a list wink

Have an opportunity to bag a dealer registered one with 2k miles for around £40k if I negotiate it right, just not sure how much an impact the pricing will be in a year or two, or whether the new Boxster grabs me more hmmmm

There are already some 2012 cars with dealers --- and a total secondhand on PH Classifieds etc of around 30 ?

So, they are extremely rare on the road ...

New ones just keep popping up at dealers, Leicester has a new one in at 60k

I would swap my TT for one at 40k but most are 46k.
