Hi, quick question, as title says, has anyone ever changed their dials in a 997? If so how much did it cost, is it something that has to be done at an OPC (car has red, I want white, still under warranty).

Many thanks.

I asked the question when I was car hunting and the verdict was that it would eat at least a couple of grand to do. You'd have to really be set on all other aspects of the car to not keep looking IMHO...

I don't know if its similar to a 996 but after Mr Nobody cracked the glass in one of my dials I bought a whole new cluster from EBay and fitted it myself after being quoted £2K by OPC. The mileage is stored in the ECU so it just plugged in and off I went. Renntech forum is good for this sort of info.
