Exhaust repair

[chrisobo]

Has anyone had their exhaust opened, baffles welded and then shut? If so what are your experiences with it?

Also, does anyone know anywhere in the north west\north wales area that can do it?

cheers

You haven't mentioned what car, so there may be some answers relating to specific experience of certain jobs on certain models, but JP exhausts in Macclesfield can do most things (and have done) be they historic, modern, race, rally etc.

If you fancy a trip down to S Wales, I'm sure Charlie at Prospeed in Cardiff could help.
