Boxster Air-Con rads

Does anyone know why a 2005 Boxster would need new air con rads ?

Cause they are shagged ........ Stone damage!!!

or leaves and other crap builds up there and rots them

So not a common problem ? Are they easy enough to replace, DIY or garage job ?

4/5 life expectancy unless annual bumper removal + clean, particularly between the condensers and the cooling rads. Zunsport grilles help too.
