Has anyone on here used a company called ‘Cluster Repairs’ for repairs to Porsche Instrument Clusters.

The LED display on my GT3 has developed a strange sort of creeping corrosion within the digital display screen below the tacho. I spoke to Speedy cables who were not able to help but put me onto Cluster Repairs. There web site looks like a repair would be no problem.

I have now spent over a week, Phoning, sending e-mails, and sending photos of the problem etc. On the phone they say they cant give me an answer without speaking to the engineers and showing them the photos. But they never get back with an answer, and when you phone back the whole process starts again.

So far they have been totally incompetent, and I am getting the feeling it is beyond there skill level. A simple ‘No’ would do, and save me wasting my time.

Has anyone actually had them complete some work on a 997 instrument pod ?
Or does anyone know of a company who may be worth contacting ?

Thanks for any help guys.

That looks like someone has been a bit clumsy cleaning the dash? Edit: just noticed it has a perspex cover, so not that ?

Can you not try and push it through the warranty system?
