Carrera Spoiler Thingy

I was wondering if there are any disadvantages of leaving the movable rear spoiler extended (in Manual mode) for track day use.

I was hoping to stop the continuous up and down movement of it during every lap. Will it affect the cooling at low speeds or cause any other problems?

Keep your speed up and it won't lower during the lap.
