They are matt black with mitch super sports, all almost brand new.

Good or bad idea?

I have just been looking into wheels for the 996 GT3 and I must admit these would have been my choice, but they only come in 19" and I needed 18". I think they look stunning and also they are super light and cheapish too.

Right these are the sizes . All 19" wheels.

997 c2s gen 1 wheels are i am informed as standard;
Front= 8J offset ET57
Rear= 11J offset ET67

ACTUAL OZ WHEELS

Front=OZ Size 8.5J Offset ET53
Rear = OZ Size 12J Offset ET51
which is exactly what a 997 gen 1 gt3 rs comes with.

Question will they fit??
looks like fronts will but rears will be 16mm closer to the arch plus wheel is wider??
not sure if they are going to work

Any expert advise appreciated.

cheers

I would not do it you will have to use spacers and then test to see if they fit!!

The thing is you can get such a good deal on these wheels new and reuse your tyres you have now!

No, they won't fit. Those offsets are for a wide body car such as an RS or a 4S.

that just looks wrong.. wheels do not sit full under the arch and the tyres look one to low on the profile scale.. ?? i do like the rim style design, but they just don't sit right under that car in that shot.. a bit narrow.. ?
