I've had all my issues resolved by them, I had a host of problems following a purchase from OPC Glasgow - went there thinking it would be better than Aberdeen
is it just me, or does it appear the dealer network for Porsche is amongst the worst??

I've found the service you get is very much dependant upon where you go. And is often based upon people and personalities. Those with a large and regular turnover of staff are in my experience the worst.
I will travel to certain dealerships rather than use those sometimes more local to me.

I guess, my point is vering towards; whenever I go into BMW with the X5, I get treated like thier only customer, they really can't do enough for me. You can see they treat all their customers like that.
I have been hacked off so much by the Porsche dealers, that I have given serious consideration to an M car, they, however don't really do it for me...

They don't return phone calls, follow up on enquiries......
They seem quite keen though when selling you a car....
