993 Insurance - best broker?
Discussion
i use competition car insurance and have done for many years
personal sevice, first name terms with the broker, no infinte electronic phone systems, 3 free trackdays cover included, around £320 per annum
Hendersons and classicline also good for a classic policy (with agreed value as well unlike CCI).

Just to add my info to this thread, I tried classicline and got a stonking deal!!
Insured my 993 C2 (1995) for agreed value of £21K, costs £260 for a 3K mileage restriction or £320 for a 5K mileage restriction.
Never had a deal like that before.
My current broker quoted £460 to renew with my current insurer, but said they'd found one cheaper for £393.
Oh, age is 43 and I'm in the Berkshire area.

Try R&H- got a 94 993, guaranteed value, non competative track cover, free UK- European recovery, 5000mls limited mileage but including full business use, 41 year old at a premium of £450. Car must be garaged overnight and Thatchman approved alarm!
Sounds a great deal including "track use and full business".
I've just taken out a policy with Asset Trust. They were the best value I could find for my previous 993 and despite ringing round a few others they still came up with the best deal this time round too.
£420 fully comp, 5k miles with additional named driver, agreed value and £250 excess.

Most of the others I tried were about £100 more expensive and had a £500 excess.
