...my soon to arrive 996 C4 doesn't have sports suspension - how much would it cost to have the upgrade done either by Porsche or a specialist tuner?

Any recommended setups?

Also, would appreciate opinions on feasibility/possible
results of engine tuning (once out of warranty!).

You *must* talk to Lee77 - he had exactly this done to his 996. Either look at some old posts or communicate with him directly through the members' email address book.

Just read an Evo review on the facelifted 996 suspension options. The -10mm drop tightens things up nicely without sacraficing ride. The -30mmm drop becomes too harsh day to day, apparently.
