wrong it is not better in the standard 997 cars only bigger cc and shares same internals (gt3,gt2 and turbo not incuded although the gen2 turbo shares the same engine has std 997/987 gen2)
thus the only advantage is more torque from the larger cc,the general design is the same and both suffer from the same issues

as a boxster owner who needs 4 seat cab (I have a thread running on here at the mo) , I would disagree, test drove a 997 cab only to be disappointed , to my amazement the Boxster felt twice the car to drive and I happily drove home leaving the 997 where it was at.

It didn't help my 4 seater situation though

ps mine is the 3.2 and although not the fastest thing Ive owned what it does it does well, its just a shame the dont make a 350bhp+ version.
