I have finally taken the plunge on a DB4 series 4 that has been following me around for the past few months. I tried to resist her advances, but... Just look!

60k miles, unrestored, factory electric windows and overdrive.

Am tempted to change the paint for Aston Racing Green or the Almond Green that was on the cover of Octane a few months ago. Undecided. Original paint was black. Should probably just get in and drive and see how we get on first...

Abroad for another 3 weeks so will be torture waiting to get back to the UK and pick her up... cloud9

That's a great looking car you have there. British Racing green would be a good colour choice.

The red is nice and the car itself is just gorgeous. I agree that Aston Racing Green is a lovely colour and it would suit the DB4.

I envy all of you with more money than sense.

Cancel the above, you are thinking perfectly sensible! Beautiful piece of motoring history there. Aston Racing Green would look gorgeous though the red does suit the curves. Is it in an original Aston colour?

Wonderful cars, brings back memory's of a similar car I owned in the late 80's
DB4 series 4 vantage [triple SU carbs],1st owner was Viscount Downe.
I wonder where that car is today?

Mark.

Ooooof!!

Just delicious, and judging by the photos the colour really suits it. I can't help thinking that BRG would be a little obvious on an Aston, much like Rosso Corsa on a Ferrari. I really like the patina on the seats too, it looks nicely used rather than concours and sterile.

Your 'Garage' is full of goodies too, you have great taste thumbup

It is good to see this amongst some of the blinged up shopping hatchbacks. I hope that you enjoy the car.

Gorgeous!
I'd change nothing, to be honest. The colour's a welcome change from the usual suspects.

Fantastic! Cant beat the classic Astons. Does it need restoration? It looks great in the photos.
