How about cutting and pasting that onto your profile (under the my cars section?) so it doesn't get lost.
I'd imagine you'll have a few 'challenges' over those Neons, but otherwise it sounds a nice car.....

Nice

Rather than start a new topic, here's mine:

Erm...

Mine's pretty much standard in every way bar the alloys and a stupid Powerflow cat-back exhaust which I will be getting rid of when I get the new lump at the end of the year.

It should increase the torque. As far as i am aware, bhp is just a figure that is a calculation of torque, and rpm... summit like that anyway. The Nitrous is working in the same way a turbo, or supercharger would work, ie, getting more oxygen/air into the chambers artificially. If you get twice as much air into engine with a turbo, or nos, then you still have x amount of air, and x amount of fuel. I wonder whether the turbo would sap some power as it is run mecanically, over the nos! Plus the nos has a very good cooling effect, and no lag..Unfortunatly it runs out before you get out of your driveway!

Well depend whether you have a 15 ib bottle normal rate is about pound per minute. Less if you keep showing off with purge!!!

But a turbo, whether it is before, or after will still sap power because the engine has to force gasses through the turbines... That will sap engine power. Nos is simply an addition of gas.... That was my point!

Wouldn't it be vice-versa? The turbo is after the engine. A neat trick is squirting nitro's on the intercooler radiator!

Better to use Co2 chap, less chance of any oxygen rich gas reaching hot stuff like exhaust maifolds and turbine housings
