Seeing as I often lurk, thought I would post up my old and new cars.
I'm 24 and have had a fair few in the past 7 years.
First I had a 106, then a fiesta, then a vectra, focus, then my first *cough* quick car was a Proton Satria Gti;

I spent a stupid amount of money on it, finally selling it with around 160-170BHP, to buy a Skyline;

Sold the skyline as I did too many miles to buy a Volvo;

Sold the Volvo to buy a Mini Cooper S (which I took to Lohen) with 209BHP

Sold the Mini bought a Ibiza ecospastic and a 205Gti

At the same time had an Audi TT for the missus

Then I sold both and bought a 207 gti

Sorry about all the photos (waits for abuse)

What had been done to the Proton to get the power upto those sort of levels?

Ive got a Mitsubishi Colt with the same engine that has been track prepared, the Satria is pretty much exactly the same as the Colt bar a few things.

Is that silicon pipe between the throttle body and air filter an SFS one? (looks like it from the logo I can just make out)

Im trying to get the same pipe to replace the crappy standard one, but Im struggling. Dont suppose you can remember?

The car was broken for bits a while ago, but I had done to it;
Ported polished head
inlet manifold matched to ports
EVO3 throttle body with inlet ports matched
4 branch manifold
Sport cat and 2.25inch stainless system
Collins chip remapped by Interpro to suit new air/fuel intake (ran rough before)
Then just iridium plugs, induction kit etc

Ran very well, hit peak power at 7850rpm i think 160BHP on interpros rolling road (no ide if that was at the wheels)

Clutch didn't like it though . .

Did you sell the TT to someone from central Scotland by any chance? I'm almost positive I seen that TT last night in Glasgow.

Cheers

No sold it to a lady from Plymouthy, regretting it a bit now . .

I dread to think how much money has been spent on cars since I was 17
