Had to share with you my surprise. Currently own a e90 330d which i think is a fantastic motor. Needed to buy my wife a replacement car which needed to be an estate. So spend weeks deciding and opt on a e46 330 as wife does little milage and the petrol are cheaper than diesel. Finally find, very fortunately, a gooden in my village (i was about to do a 200mile round trip the next day to buy one). Only an se but 1 owner 83k fsh with all the options for 4k. I haggle and pay 3.5k as the bushes need doing and an oil service. Now had these done and i am absolutely smitten, the car is fantastic. Engine is glorious and you would never know the car was 9 years old.

Hence the opening line, i am suprised what a great car and how it's is easily on par with my much newer e90. A great buy!

excellent stuff! if your wife doesnt drive like a nutter you should see 30 mpg out of it. that is a good price well done.

can i ask what bushes you had done, where, how much and were they powerflex items?

mine are due a change on my 330 coupe, i am aware that SE spec bushes are cheaper than m sport
