The interior really is the best part. It's very comfortable, great cruiser. Got over 60mpg in it on a roundtrip to london!

It's not exactly thrilling to drive, but for a daily hack / runabout, it's perfect. The torque is nice, wheelspin in third on a wet road!

I know someone with an '05 reg 45 1.8 Connoisseur automatic, very smooth and quiet when cruising along, and powerful enough when you want it to be. They are nice but its a shame that towards the end Rover never really did anything you could consider modern or different.
