Hot Hatch Photography Project.

Hello All,

I'm a north-east photographer and have had a project in mind for the last few years and this year i'm going to make a start on it! The idea is to try and photograph a history of the hot hatch for a website. i intend to start with the current crop of Hot hatches(focus Rs, Megane 250 etc) with a little help from local dealers, then work my way back to the originals(Golf Gti, 205 gti etc), where piston head readers may come in!

So I need firstly help with the list,
So my list currently consists of:
Ford,
Focus RS, St, ST170, Escort cosworth, RS turbo, RS2000, XR3i, Xr3, Gti(have I dreamt this), Fiesta St150, RS1800, RS turbo, Xr2i, Xr2(mk 1 & 2)
Vauxhall
Astra VXR, Mk3 Sri, Mk2 Gte, Mk1 Gte, corsa Vxr, Mk2 Sri, Mk1 Sri & Gte, Nova GTE

That's way too many, and far to diluted. You may need to define the term "hot hatch" and stick to it.

Stick to the ones that defined the hot hatch thing. Golf GTi Mk1, Pug 205 GTi 1.9, etc etc.

Couldn't agree more, you gotta try and define your subject matter of you're just going to have a selection of stty little hatchbacks
