Nissan 350z Import Sat Nav???

I have recently bourght a Nissan 350z Fairladyz Import and at the at the moment the sat nav and onboard computer is all in Japanese!! Just wondered if anyone knew the procedure to change it to English and where i can get hold of a European DVD for road maps etc....

Get your wallet out - it isnt cheap - another reason imports are cheap.
