Welcome to PH wavey

Cracking first car. Mine was a 1987 Peugeot 309 1.1, I loved it to bits.

Look after it, build up some no claims and then you can buy something with a bit more poke.

My first car was an f reg austin maestro van.....

it was pony, and i managed to smash the gearbox to pieces during an emergency start...

Dont bother spending any money on your first car as you WILL break it...

Thats alright as a first car mate and dont let anybody tell you otherwise. All you need in your first car is a cd player/ipod connector so that you can play your music and that is it! Then get building your no claims. Although the wheel trims are pretty dreadful so it may be worth looking on ebay etc for the proper ones which look better. thumbup Happy motoring buddy.

Thats mint condition for a first car mate smile

Keep it standard (find some clio trims) and it wont lose that much value once youve worked your no claims up ! biggrin

I think it was intended to give the car a rugged, off roading sort of look that you just don't find with most clios.
