Are they really a permanent 4x4 or they a Haldex type system, i.e. 2wd until slip is detected?

viscous coupling setup. FWD most of the time and sends drive to the rear when the plates in the VC rotate at different speeds (iewhen theres slip at the front)
I know this because i blew my mk3 syncro diff by running different rolling radius' front to rear. Doh!

Personally, whilst I like the g60 shell and the fact its 4wd, they are well known for being underpowered in their standard form.

I like the fact that you've stuck with the original lump and boosted up the power rather than attempting a vr6 or 1.8T conversion.

I dont like the stretched tyres thing, they dont improve handling nor performance and it looks very last year.

I dont like the chin spoiler, it scuffed to bits and I cant remember whether this was original fitment, if not then I really dont like it.

The rest is stunning, should be very quick once you have a rolling road set it all up properly
