Agreed.

I think the 306 Cab (facelift) is one of the prettiest cars out there, especially with the roof down. Really well proportioned, and yours is a very nice colour combo too.

I've always liked the 306 cab. How does it handle? Any scuttle shake? How muh body roll? I've recently got rid of a GTi-6 and have often wondered how the cab would do with the GTi's engine.

I concur - so much better looking than an Escort of Mk3.5 Golf Cabriolet of the same time.

Really like that, Moonstone works better on the cab than the hatch.

I also often wondered what the Cab would be like in GTi-6 spec - I think or two people have done the conversion, but i would guess that the chassis rigidity is not really sufficient to get the handling right.

it doesnt really handle all that great not alot of feel through the corners, its not a bad engine its the XSi 2ltr ive seen a few GTi-6 cabs and a few V6 cabs aswell but i wouldnt really wanna go fast in them, only really get any shake under hard breaking other than thats its pretty smooth and quite quiet

These and GTi-6 are probably the only non german car's I'd consider owning. As others have said awesome colour combination!

thanks for the comments guys it was the nicest one i could find and most orginal with low mileage it had only done 28k its done 42k now and only had to change a ABS part and the heater jammed shut so had to give that a clean and lube but other than that its been great and pretty reliable other than the roof doesnt work anymore but it doesnt bother me to do it manually.

it'll most likely explode next time i take it out now ive said that.
