Already posted this in BMW, but I thought I'd add here, too. Picked her up two weeks ago. Will be used as a weekend wafter only as I'm keeping the 330d as a beater. Original owner was the MD of BMW UK, and the first plate she wore was 1BMW - I bet that's worth a few quid!yikes

Monaco Blue, 31K on the clock, '05 facelift, all options bar fridge and ventilated seats (I think!) No plans to mod this one, just waft about like a pimp!!rofl

Excuse my photography skills (or lack of!) and MS Paint deletes on the plates (had my current 330d cloned after posting pics on the net so I'm not making that mistake again!)

Enjoy!

The heart of the beast - and boy does it shift!yikes

That car seems familiar to me..

I'm sure I've seen this being driven around Sunningdale by a chauffeur, not 100% certain though. There's a chap who frequents the Thames Valley section called bmw2002 who may know of this car personally.

Anyway, I know from personal experience that these are shockingly fast despite their size. Fantastic car! thumbup

yes
Uber Barge - waft like a muthafker.
I bet the depreciation over its short life has been nothing short of monumental. Great buy biggrin

Yep, BMW2002 provides the chaffeur service (his company does) to BMW UK. The MD had an '07 version of this with the same plate (1BMW) that now belongs to a chap not far from me, too! 1BMW is getting transferred onto an F02 760Li according to BMW2002. The 07' car is identical to this bar the '07 upgrades (aux port, etc).

I can confirm that this car is seriously quick and ultra pimp - it's awesome! biggrin

I tested the non "L" version for the Independent and was generally very impressed. Like most BMWs is shrinks around you, such is the handling finesse. Sweet engine too - I really like it.

Only the techno overload put me off a bit - but then I'm a bit of a Luddite at times.

Amazing what you can get for £8.50 these days...! hehe

Better than John McWaft, winner of the world waft championships in waftville. Good pick...!

shame to limit it to weekends usage and to use a 330 in the day.

surely you would be better off with just one or the other

how much did you pay?

looks in fantastic condition - i'd say thats a mint car full stop not a 'barge'
Can't really take this into client's sites - even at what I paid for it (less than 25% of it's new value) so that's why I'm keeping the 330d. 760 is a minter bar a few very small stone chips which let's face it are unavaoidable.

Sat in the car over the weekend and watched Saving Private Ryan on the TV - the sound quality is great!
