Had this one a few months now so thought about time I put up a few pics.

Sold the Corrado as wanted something a bit cheaper to run, saw this at a good price so snapped it up.
All I have done since I bought it is fit a new subtle exhaust and fit the deeper VR6 splitter.

Wont be to everyone's tastes but hey it costs me nothing to run and puts a smile on my face.

Yes they are Merc wheels, not sure exactly what they are called but Im told they are from a S-Class.
The faces are polished but could do with a refurb, going to attempt it myself over winter.

Green, not running any stretch! Well, maybe very very minimal.

Marco I was never a huge fan of the MK3 shape either but I think this one is done very well, subtle but still has an impact.

This is not half as bad as the other one, but it still looks like the suspension has collapsed and must be totally undrivable at any sort of speed down a bumpy road.

MK3 Golf 16v is a very underated car, I bought one as a bangernomics hack and really loved it. Ended uo turning it into a decent track car.

Your's is really tidy, like it alot.

v.nice, vr6 splitter doubles as a snow plough in the winter wink

would look nice with some tinted front fog/indicator cluster i reckon, to match the side and rear.

Sadly not as I couldnt get the time off work, plus it clashes with VW Action at the Pod so I'd have most likely gone there.

Make sure you take lots of pics of 'Euro sh*t boxes with stupid wheels' and post them on here for all the duffers to get flustered over wink

Do like that I have to say. The Mark 3 is one of the best looking Golfs IMO, after that they went downhill.

Leave him be, it's pretty obvious that most posters aren't 12 and he's making himself look like a fool. Lovely car by the way, love the wheels.
