That my friend is really rather cool.

Whats the handling like?
I would have thought its a handful given the short wheel base and the mass of the engine over the rear axle??

Or have I got the wrong end of the stick?

ha ha thanks i really couldnt tell you as i bought it about 3yrs ago and it didnt run very well cough cough splutter up the road came from the standard 1.6 ecu fuelling was way out
and the clutch cable didnt engage properly....
so changed it to hydraulic clutch which worked and a new emerald ecu system was bought!
after that i swapped it for a gsxr 1000 then sold it.....foooool
my friend had it for a year did nothing to it so i bought it back and now ive given it to someone to finish off
so hopefully i should get it back around october and see how well it drives??? should be interesting , coilovers will be on there

Impressive internals but aesthetically not really my thing.

How have you done the rear suspension? Is it basically a front subframe stuck in the back or is it all fabricated?

Reminds me of the Z-cars Saxos, only they use a Civic Type-R engine

http://www.zcars.org.uk/saxo/index.htm

I hope you keep it long enough to take on a trackday, all that power in a lightweight car should make it able to keep up with some serious kit on the straights. Not sure what would happen in the corners, but the Z-cars Saxo/Mini don't do too badly.

I like that due to it being different, what sort of money do you think you will have it up for?

I'd have kept it looking stock personally - never think that bod-kits improve 205's, especially one that give it a 106 look. Nice colour though. I know off a twin-engines mi16-turbo 205 - was a lot of work. Might be worth more if you break it?
