hi all ive just registered here but ive been browsing for a while. anyway this is my ignis sport that i bought nearly a year ago now for £3.5k with 34k miles and 12 month warrenty with a few other extras which imo was a bargain for an 05 plate car. this is how it looked when i got it

and this is what it looks like now

current mods
debadged boot
tinted windows
refurbed alloys matt black (soon to refurbed gloss black)
rallyflapz
OMP strut brace

also ive got some H&R lowering springs which will hopefully be going on soon

That looks tidy mate, great buy at that price too!

Does it drive well? I know they got some nice reviews when they came out.

I'm wondering why new members seem to have a list of mods?

Just wondered as a 'list of mods' isn't a prerequisite of joining PH, and many seem to want to list what they have done.

Just curious, that's all.

in my opinion they handle very well but ive came from a ford ka to this. they are quite nice car to live with although the ride is a bit hard but that doesnt bother me. i also like how its not a common car and attracts a bit of attention

the reason i put a list of mods up was because i thought it may interest people.

Hi Garlick

I guess its because a lot of enthusiasts will have already been on owners clubs etc where specific modifications are talked about in depth/added to signatures etc.

Looks just like mine (the before mod pictures that is) - I thought they face-lifted the bumper on the later cars though...

Loved mine even though I didn't own it for long.

I'm called Ben as well - are you sure you aren't me?

wink

I like these, look like mini rally cars straight out of the box, excellent smile

S1600 kit and suitably raucous engine would set it off though... wink

Well I was just wondering as we aren't a site known for modifications really, that was all.

Haha, I was just kidding Garlick!

Although we're not known for modifications, it's nice to see people on here that have carried out some tasteful ones.

PH is becoming the worlds foremost modifications site. We'll make Max Power look tame!

I think its good that modifying is becoming alot more common. Alot less max power stuff, and a bit more engine and mechanical modding.

I love reading threads about peoples build ups of tuned engines.
